REKOSOL engineered mounting technology

We didn’t make another mounting system. We engineered a simpler way to install solar.

REKOSOL develops its own mounting systems to remove installation friction. The flat-roof family uses non-invasive ballast mounting — no roof drilling — with fewer structural elements, reduced material use and adaptable locking geometry for non-standard module dimensions. The same installer-minded engineering runs through pitched-roof and ground systems. Manufactured in Lithuania for European projects.

Send your roof plan, module dimensions and project location. We’ll recommend the right system and prepare a project quote.

The REKOSOL difference

Why installers notice the difference

No roof drilling on the Standard flat-roof system

Ballast holds the array in place, so the roof membrane stays intact and weatherproofing is not compromised.

Simplified construction, reduced material use

Fewer structural elements mean less handling on site and a lighter load on the roof without cutting corners.

Adaptable locking for non-standard module dimensions

Locking and interlocking elements let the same system adjust to different module sizes when the project demands it.

Engineered details for faster, easier assembly

Components are designed around the installer: practical connections, fewer steps and less rework on the roof.

The real project starts where the catalogue ends

Mounting systems rarely fail in the brochure. They fail in the real project.

A roof has a lower load limit than expected. Module dimensions change. The geometry is awkward. The delivery window gets shorter. Procurement asks for calculations, test documentation and a guarantee your team can stand behind.

That is why REKOSOL is built as more than a catalogue of aluminium and steel parts. We combine our own manufacturing, practical system design and project-specific support to help installers move from drawing to installation with fewer unknowns.

One less risk in every project

One manufacturer. One technical partner. One mounting system that fits the project.

Your mounting system should fit the project — not force the project to fit the system.

01

In-house manufacturing

The production process is managed in-house, helping us stay competitive, respond faster and adapt components when a standard configuration is not enough.

02

Lighter, installation-minded design

Systems are developed to reduce unnecessary material, simplify assembly and limit roof loads without turning the installation into a compromise.

03

Documentation for professional projects

CE and wind-tunnel test documentation can be provided where procurement, engineering or public tenders require more than a product sheet.

04

Project-specific flexibility

Complicated roofs, limited load capacity, low roof pitch or non-standard module dimensions? We can help evaluate and adapt the solution.

Confidence your team can document

A competitive price is useful. Project confidence is essential.

For larger installations, professional contractors and public procurement, the mounting system must be supported by more than a promise. REKOSOL can provide relevant CE and wind-tunnel test documentation and help clarify technical fit before production or delivery.

  • CE documentation on request
  • Wind-load test documentation
  • Project-specific system selection
  • Manufacturing and technical support from Lithuania
